Birth defects .... Kidney abnormalities
Posted in 2015

In some cases, one or both kidneys may fail to develop. In other instances, an abnormality may be present that blocks the outflow of urine. This blockage may cause urine to back up into the kidney, a condition called hydronephrosis, which causes the kidney to appear enlarged on the ultrasound test. Another common abnormality is called reflux. This occurs when a valve-like mechanism at the point where the ureter joins the bladder does not work, allowing urine to wash back up into the kidney.

In about one of 500 births, some abnormality occurs in the development of the kidneys or urinary tract. It is not really known why this happens. The development of the urinary tract is a complex process that is not fully understood. Problems in the development of the urinary tract that occur before birth are called "congenital."

Types of Kidney Defects A number of birth defects may result in abnormal kidneys. Kidneys may be In the wrong location (ectopic kidneys) Rotated the wrong way (malrotation) Joined together (horseshoe kidney or fused kidneys) Missing (agenesis) Poorly functioning Containing fluid-filled sacs (cysts), such as in polycystic kidney disease and multicystic dysplastic kidney Kidneys in the wrong location and position In the fetus, kidneys first develop in the pelvis and then move up and rotate into their normal location in the upper abdomen. If the kidneys are in the wrong place (ectopic kidneys) or are not rotated properly (malrotation), the normal drainage of urine from the kidneys through the ureters (the tubes that transport urine from the kidneys to the bladder) to the bladder (the expandable, muscular sac that holds urine) may be blocked. Children who have blockage that cau…

The kidneys are bean-shaped organs. Each is about 4 to 5 inches (12 centimeters) long and weighs about one third of a pound (150 grams). One lies on each side of the spinal column, just behind the abdominal cavity, which contains the digestive organs. Each kidney receives blood through a branch of the aorta, called the renal artery. Blood flows from the renal artery into progressively smaller arteries, the smallest being the arterioles. From the arterioles, blood flows into glomeruli, which are tufts of microscopic blood vessels called capillaries. Blood exits each glomerulus through an arteriole that connects to a small vein. The small veins join to form a single large renal vein, which carries blood away from each kidney. There are several different birth defects that affect the  kidneys (the two organs that filter waste from the blood to…

Healthcare providers don't know the exact cause of congenital liver defects. Most likely they are caused by something that happened as the fetus was developing or around the time of birth. This might happen because of one or more of the following: A viral or bacterial infection after birthAn immune system problem, such as when the immune system attacks the liver or bile ducts for unknown reasonsA genetic mutation. This is a long-lasting change in a gene’s structure.A problem during liver and bile duct development in the fetusContact with toxic substances
My advise
1...   I don't believe in genetics as I have seen in many families the children against to genetics.

Birth defects ....Liver
Posted in 2014

Congenital liver defects are liver disorders that are present at birth. They are rare. These liver disorders usually block the bile ducts. This affects the flow of bile. Bile is a fluid made in the liver. It helps with digestion. The bile ducts take bile from the liver and bring it to the gallbladder to be stored. Then they carry bile to the small intestine for digestion. When the bile ducts are blocked, bile builds up in the liver. This damages the liver. Some congenital liver defects include: Biliary atresia. A life-threatening condition in infants where the bile ducts are blocked or have developed abnormally. This blocks the flow of bile from the liver.Biliary (choledochal) cyst. A condition where the hepatic duct forms abnormally. This can also block the flow of bile.Alagille syndrome. Too few bile ducts associated with other abnormalities…

The lungs are some of the last organs to develop in your baby’s body during the prenatal stage. Some important parts of their lungs don’t develop until the end of pregnancy. Surfactant is a substance that helps reduce surface tension in their lungs. It doesn’t develop until the eighth or ninth month of pregnancy. If your baby is born prematurely, their lungs may not have time to develop fully. This can lead to a variety of breathing disorders.

Some of the parts of our body develop before 5th months and other parts will develop upto delivery...  Lungs will develop till delivery it needs sufficient oxygen.

Posted in 2015

A blood vessel's main function is to transport blood around the body. Blood vessels also play a role in controlling your blood pressure. Blood vessels are found throughout the body. There are five main types of blood vessels: arteries, arterioles, capillaries, venules and veins.

Arteries carry oxygenated blood away from the heart to the tissues, except for pulmonary arteries, which carry blood to the lungs for oxygenation (usually veins carry deoxygenated blood to the heart but the pulmonary veins carry oxygenated blood as well).

Blood Vessels and Arteries: From 9 to 11 p.m. the blood vessels go into repair mode. If you get headaches, feel abnormally tired or weak, this means that the blood vessels are in heavy repair.

The Pancreas and Its Functions. The pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen. It plays an essential role in converting the food we eat into fuel for the body's cells. The pancreas has two main functions: an exocrine function that helps in digestion and an endocrine function that regulates blood sugar.

The pancreas has an endocrine function because it releases juices directly into the bloodstream, and it has an exocrine function because it releases juices into ducts. Enzymes, or digestive juices, are secreted by the pancreas into the small intestine. There, it continues breaking down food that has left the stomach
Pancreas will produce insulin as needed daily to nullify blood sugar effect to keep our body healthy.   If it is defected due to unhealthy food which cannot produce insulin as needed ..this stage is called DIABETES

Small Intestines: Have you noticed that between 1 to 3 p.m. you are more apt to have indigestion, pain and bloating? If this happens, two things could be wrong: 1. Your diet is not what it should be and your food is not digesting; 2. Your diet is causing problems that are now causing you stress. A proper diet will help take care of these problems.

Pregnant woman should take care of her food to protect herself and her unborn child

Spleen: From 9 to 11 a.m. the spleen gets cleaned. During this time/process or when the spleen is in a weakened state, you may suffer with allergies or not be able to shake a cold or flu. This is because the spleen works with the liver and your immune system. A healthy spleen produces antibodies when there is an infection and constantly watches the blood for invaders.

If a pregnant woman is suffering from allergies it can cause the child allergy diseases like Asthma, Bronchities etc...  I advise every woman to take care of her food to have Healthy child

Stomach: Between 7 and 9 a.m., the stomach is repairing and does not need a big meal to deal with. While the large intestine and colon needs fluid to repair properly in the morning, the stomach needs very little. Start with fluids (pure water or fresh juiced vegetables) or fresh fruit that is easily digested. However, if you can, drink only fluids in the morning for optimal health.

Large Intestine or Colon: 5 to 7 a. m. is the time for this organ. A healthy colon needs water to do its job properly, which is flushing waste matter 24/7. The morning is the most important time to drink plenty of water for this process, and the worst time to have caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic and takes water away from your colon to your kidneys and bladder for evacuation. Your body needs water in the morning to do its repair and maintenance of the large intestine and colon. This keeps you from getting constipated, gaining weight, and looking and feeling older. When you irrigate your system every morning with pure water (up to 32 oz.) your health improves. If you wait until you have a bowel movement before you eat in the morning, this is also healthier for your colon.

The toxic waste from your lungs becomes loosened between 3 to 5 a.m., and when you awaken, this is why you cough sometimes. Your lungs are trying to expel the loosened waste. If you are coughing in the morning, this indicates that your diet and lifestyle needs tweaking

Timings of your Body
Posted in 2014

Every organ in your body has a repair/maintenance schedule to keep on a daily basis. Most of us in the West have never been aware of this, but Chinese and Ayurvedic holistic health practitioners have known this for hundreds of years. It is important to know these cycles if you want to understand your health problems and learn to treat yourself. If you feel sluggish, foggy, achy, etc. at these particular times of day, you will know which organ is trying to repair the damage done to it, and these ‘feelings’ you are having are the result of the energy being expended to do these repairs. Repair Table: Lungs: 3am-5am
Large intestine: (or colon) 5am-7am
Stomach: 7am-9am
Spleen: 9am-11am
Heart: 11am-1pm
Small Intestines: 1pm-3pm

Sleep position you should avoid during your pregnancy
Posted in 2015

Sleeping on your back: This can cause problems with backaches, breathing, the digestive system, hemorrhoids, low blood pressure and cause a decrease in circulation to your heart and your baby. This is a result of your abdomen resting on your intestines and major blood vessels (the aorta and vena cava). Sleeping on your stomach: When you are farther along in your pregnancy, your abdomen undergoes physical changes and makes it more difficult for you to lay on your stomach. My advise 1...  You need sufficient Oxygen to your body as well as your unborn child
2...  I told U with my blogs how Oxygen is helpful to U and Ur unborn child
3.... Without sufficient Oxygen your child's brain n body will not develop.

The best sleep position during pregnancy is “SOS” (sleep on side). Even better is to sleep on your left side. Sleeping on your left side will increase the amount of blood and nutrients that reach the placenta and your baby. Keep your legs and knees bent, and put a pillow between your legs. If you find that you are having problems with back pain, use the “SOS” position, and try placing a pillow under your abdomen as well.If you are experiencing heartburn during the night, you may want to try propping your upper body with pillows. In late pregnancy, you may experience shortness of breath.  Try lying on your side or propped up with pillows. These suggestions may not sound completely comfortable, especially if you are used to sleeping on your back or stomach, but try them out.  You may find that they work. Keep in …
